Operating Requirements

    Permits must be posted in a conspicuous location on the premises at all times and must be readily available for inspection by any FDNY representative.

      Permits are not transferable and any change in occupancy, operation, tenancy, or ownership requires that a new permit be issued.

        Permits are granted for a specific period of time, not to exceed 2 years, or as set forth in FC105.6 and expires at the end of such period.

          Once issued a Letter of Approval/ Acceptance the applicant will follow the requirements detailed in the Letter of Approval/Acceptance. Permits can be revoked for failure to comply.
